Noreen "Nora" Wakeman is the mother of Jenny and a character of Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi. She is a great sciencetist and appears in chapter 8 and 9 of the comic. She originates from the Nickelodeon show, My Life as a Teenage Robot.
Story[]
Nora Wakeman first appeared after the battle between Jenny and the Rowdyruff Boys. Jenny was actually supossed to be a simulator for the boys but it turned into a slaughter. She thought that Dr. Brisbaine was very unresponsable.
Later she was seen fixing up Jenny with the help of her lab assistent Sheldon.
She was seen again at the day before the science fair when she was visiting Professor Utonium. She went along with Professor Utonium and Professor Membrane to the science fair. When the Clusters attacked she quickly escaped with Professor Utonium. She helps Utonium to remember the password of the hangar, which works and they enter. She stays there until the explosion and then prepares to die, thinking about the lost of her daughter.
Appearance[]
Nora wears black pants and yellow shoes and a black sweater with a yellow jacket with black buttons to cover it. She wears giant red glasses and has long and high white hair.
Powers and Abilities[]
Wakeman is one of the greatest scientists and thus is very intelligent. She has created 9 different robots with each an own personality, with XJ-9 being her greatest invention. She once was a member of the Skyway Patrol and had a very high rank and could handle guns very well.

Nora Wakeman is an elderly spinster robotics scientist and the one who built Jenny, who often simply refers to her as "Mother" or "Mom" Though Nora does indeed love her "daughter", she'll often butt into her personal life and is known to call on her at the most awkward moments.
